I had already downloaded the Striiv app back in September, to count steps and get “back on track” but now I started using it for real. Striiv has something noone else has, they have a game. In order to continue the game you need energy and you get energy from walking. You don’t have to walk far no quick, only walking. And it’s addictive. If you have friends you will get extra energy when you walk further than them, longer time or more steps. It’s great. But I didn’t have any friends on Striiv. I aimed for 7000 steps a day.
