More vegan cupcakes

 Had a big thing at the office today and I broght some of my cardamom knots and mini carrot, walnuts and raisins cupcake with cream cheese frosting. All vegan of course. They were a success 🙂 

I feel proud but also like “why wouldn’t it be amazing?” It’s vegan, of course it’s fab! 

A few lactos intolerants almost huged me from happiness and I think they took two or three of the cupcakes!!
