Finally an early 11 km run this morning in daylight! Yes, I didn’t need to wear my neon yellow vest nor did I have to stick to the street lights. I ran where I usually only run at the weekends… To add to this perfect morning I ran with the sun in my face. And while I ran by the sea front I saw a swan (and had to stop and take a photo – beautiful bird)! How wonderful everything is with sun and light and no rain! I felt so energized! After the well deserved shower it was raining again and the temperature is down at 4C…
Not very springlike – but this morning it was spring!!
