Friday RAW dinner

I expected the Husband to complain when I told him ew’d have RAW FOOD today. I am so incredible inspired by the Raw food house in Malmö, Sweden, where I have been dining eith my sister twice in two weeks. I even got their recipie box! So, with a cancelled vacation (I know I don’t tell you everything) and a new job that scares me to pieces I decided to pick a card and make… Drumrolls… Pad Thai Salad. The Husband were in charge of the veggies and I made the sauce. I wassupposed to have kelp noodles but used glas noodles instead (so not 100% raw)! The sallad was sooooooo good. I loved the sauce. Even the noodles were good.
