Update

Hi, I am an recovered runner.

Actually, I have recovered from 9 weeks of non running because of throat ulcer. Awful really. Specially when training for a 90k ultra race. I was on the verge of cancelling or postponing or whatever you do, but I spoke to this huy who reserved the hotelrooms for us and he was so positive I didn’t want to let him down. I am in the race. From running less than 5 k a week, for 9 weeks I went to 50 – 70 – 100 – 100 – 70 and then temper week. This week. I ran 7 km this morning and it felt good. My lower right leg is still hurting but after 2 k it wasn’t so bad.
