After a weekend in Istanbul I’m happy to say surviving as a vegan was easy. Very easy. I fell in love with all the aubergine dishes that I before used to think very little of but now realise is sooo good.
I tried making this tonite, hoping I’d get close to the real thing, but as they say, practise makes perfect.
