Hard to believe really. But the hard fact is that skipping the breakfast sandwiches and bags of dried fruits (figs and dates) and nuts (cashews and almonds) in the car and the evening dinner right before  bed time got me down almost all of the four kilos I gained since november. I am hungry. Don’t get me wrong. Specially now, sleeping 12 hours non stop… But I have been hungry and I have been drinking fizzy water all day long (the bubbles makes you kinda “fuller”). But it feels good at the same time ūüėĽ It is worth it.
