Cleaned out the green house today and while enjoying a cup of milky tea after finished, seeing the sun setting in the sea I had this urge to run. Just run, you know. A different route, something easy and short before the darkness comes.
I went for a 9k run and it was deliberating. First time this season not wearing thermal tights nor a thermal jacket!!! The chill air coming in from the sea was so fresh… I think I’m high on the experience!! Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!
Ps! I let my hubby pick the charity for CharityMiles and he picked Girls On The Run – wonderful addition to the run!
